As a technician i was responsible for checking in all customers with or without appointments and made sure they were notified of their devices problems in a timely matter and were always getting calls or emails with updates. After checking them in i would diagnose the devices problems and present an estimate to the client and help them make a decision in fixing the problem. Parts would be ordered if not on hand and would perform the repair and notify customer of completion of repair after it is ready. Would then close the work order and check out the customers when they come in for pick up and explain to them what was changed. Show less
