Support the sales organisation across the geography and segments in winning complex solution business through the management of the Avid Bid process, including:- Define complex solution requirements with the customer to meet their business objectives.- Define a winning solution strategy with sales account team.- Present a high quality response to the customer requirements- Identify and mitigate technical and commercial risk- Support the commercial negotiation to deliver profitable business to Avid.- Maintain strong Bid process to drive quality and consistency.- Work closely with Avid functional groups to manage resources to deliver against Bid Plan.- Carry out business activities in a highly professional manner with honor, integrity and with cultural sensitivity.- Manage matrix team of specialist resources from many functional groups to deliver tender responses (eg, legal, finance, sales, technical, delivery) through to deal closure.- Develop approaches tools and processes to improve the quality of Bids and RFP responses.- Manage resources to respond in a timely manner to requests.

• Acquisition of new customers for all Qvest Media business fields• Focus on the sales activities of the products within the Qvest Media distribution channels• Assistance to end users as well as system integrators for the distribution channels.• Creation of quotations, handling of orders and their deliveries.• Assistance with preparation of project proposals, incl. generation and follow-up of supplier inquiries and drafting of entire portions of project offers.• Contract negotiations and completions with customers and suppliers.• Representing Qvest Media as a distribution and system integration company and to generate inquiries and new business for the system integration and sales distributions.• Looking after all incoming sales business such as preparing and following up offers, presentations in-house and at customers, road shows, exhibitions etc.
