Responsible for the management/maintenance of project management information system (MIS)

• Create work orders, indent equipments using ERP.• Make a daily and monthly power consumption report in MS-Excel.• Update daily power consumption report in ERP.• Make a daily shift wise power consumption report.• Make a report of resolved CPA rised by safety department.• Make a report of monthly stoppages of plant.• Maintaining daily log sheets and excel spreadsheet reports. • Collaborate with management to complete necessary projects, work independently on prior delegated tasks.• Monitoring and use office equipment and materials such as (computers, printers, copiers, physical files etc).• Take notes and transcribe into email, document, spreadsheet or document word form.• Answer phones, direct calls, take and deliver messages as needed; prepare outgoing mail and deliver incoming mail to appropriate persons.• Operating breakers, CTs, PTs, protection relays of OCB and ACB panels at grid station.

• Lead & manage Marketing Team.• Conceptualize captions, bio's & give feedback on posts.• Coordinating marketing efforts.• SWOT analyzing.• Create daily, weekly planner/content calendar.• Working with social media handlers.• Lead graphics designers, content writers.• Updating about daily basis progress in webinar.
