My new role as Deputy Commissioner IT / Team Lead (Information Security and IT Governance) at the Sindh Revenue Board (SRB). Currently, as Team Lead of Information Security and IT Governance, I am leading the digitalization project of all records since the inception of SRB to create a paperless environment. I also lead IT Security and Governance, Disaster Recovery, and Business Continuity Operations, including planning, execution, and documentation of emergency procedures. I have a demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing strategies for maintaining business continuity.

I successfully led the implementation of e-payment solutions for tax collection through 1-Link first time in Pakistan for the Government Dept to use ADC channals, which revolutionized the tax collection process by making it more accessible and secure for taxpayers. I was responsible for the design and deployment of Tier 3 data centers, ensuring high availability, redundancy, and robust security for critical data. Additionally, I developed and executed comprehensive Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP) and Business Continuity Plans (BCP), safeguarding operations against disruptions. As Resident Vice President (RVP) and Project Lead in the Infrastructure Operation Department at Faysal Bank, I was responsible for the nationwide service delivery and management of several high-impact strategic projects. My primary focus was on the seamless IT separation and integration of The Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) and Faysal Bank Limited (FBL), a critical project that required meticulous planning and execution to ensure business continuity and operational efficiency.I led the development and implementation of strategies for desktop cloud management and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), which significantly improved the flexibility and security of the bank's IT operations. As Head of Country Telecom Network Services, Business face for all related IT networks and telecom projects of the entire banking group comprising of alternate channels, including ATM networks, virtual banking and credit cards. Member of the Regional Project Steering Committee and as Business Manager – oversee 1-Link (1999 to 2006), the country's largest ATM infrastructure and operations.Major achievements were - Royal Bank Scotland & Faysal Bank Infrastructure Separation and Integration Project, reporting to Regional TNS team based in Singapore.
