As an Intramurals Supervisor at Georgetown University, I am responsible for overseeing the participation and development of over 200 athletes. I work closely with a team of 50 staff members to provide guidance and instruction through clinics and training sessions, as well as building schedules and coordinating events. I am dedicated to ensuring that all athletes have a positive and safe experience while participating in intramural sports. My strong leadership, communication and organization skills, along with my passion for sports, make me an effective supervisor who can ensure the successful operation of the intramurals program.

Notable Accomplishments: -3x Patriot League All Academic-2x Patriot League All League Honors

Participated in operational meetings, coordinating logistics across multiple league locations. Assisted in business development and community outreach efforts. Shadowed on-going management and governance efforts for organizations 501c3. Developed and implemented staff on-boarding protocol and best practices. Took part in marketing material production and editing.

Managed correspondence and preparation for 200+ student-athletes and administrators for an athletics freshman orientation. Designed and executed a training program that included 25+ group leaders and facilitated live orientation sessions.
