Current• Manage the day-to-day activities of the functional team consisting of technical engineer, technician, and business analyst, reviewing, and validating all daily activity to ensure accuracy and timeliness and processing, as well as adherence to controls.• Manages on a hands-on basis the daily progress of all operational aspects including but not limited to elaboration and documentation of client requirements, approval of client requirements, documentation of designs, development walk through, test scenario selection, test case creation and selection, test window management with third parties, test results validation, release management activities including environment availability management, post release support.• Manages subcontractors, third party vendors, internal and external service lines and ensures compliance with agreed upon scope, timelines, and quality, SLAs, and other contractual agreements.• Assist with departmental budgets for areas of responsibilities; control of budget to maintain island in technical areas with forecasting ahead and utilizing moneys effectively to keep high standards of operation.• Assist in providing consultancy in creating a workflow document explaining the key factors for integration including API's and Web Services, along with server's creation and selection.• Preparing MIS reports as per SLA with a view to apprise management of the process operations and assist in critical decision-making process.• Assessing the customer feedback, evaluating areas of improvement, and providing critical feedback to the team on improvements and achieving higher customer satisfaction matrices
