Recruiting for unique positions and speaking languages, which includes characterizing jobs, advertising, conducting interviews, conducting negotiations and concluding an employment agreement.• Leading cross-organizational employee retention processes - welfare events, learning and training, promotion and internal optimization. • Terminations of the transaction. • Manager development and professional trainings - mid-level manager course, internal workshops for management on recruitment, job interviews, employee retention, prevention of sexual harassment and abuse at work, management styles, labor laws, performance evaluation and compensation. • Management of a system for reporting hours and preparation for salary. Development and implementation of a new foot attendance system and attendance clock of Biocom. • Leading the annual evaluation and reward process. Show less
