Lead multiple engineering projects supporting the power train division of Oshkosh Defense. Main responsibilities include maintaining budget & schedule, writing proposals for new business and providing engineering support for both design and manufacturing.

Project: Powertrain Systems Support (Oshkosh Defense Corporation) Role - Project Manager/Lead Engineer Project Summary: Currently manage 2 separate engineering teams that support the design and production of powertrain systems for military vehicles. I oversee the budget, schedule and team workload based on the requirements from the customer. I also provide engineering support to the team in the most critical areas of a project. This has included larger tasks such as system design as well as simpler tasks such as BOM management or sheetmetal design.Project: Design-Conversion (Caterpillar Inc) Role- Team Lead/Engineer Project Summary: Worked as a team lead on the redesign and conversion of large Caterpillar mining excavators. My team was specifically tasked with design on the hydraulic systems that operate the boom and bucket of the machine. Specific operations included cad design in Creo, BOM management and product life cycle management using TeamCenter PLM. Project: Manufacturing (Oshkosh Defense Corporation) Role- Manufacturing Engineer Project Summary: Worked with thee manufacturing team and the production welders to solve any issues occurring on the manufacturing floor during the initial production of the JLTV. Issues included design procedures, tooling tolerances and weld quality.
