My role includes building and managing a large team of PM's and installing both agile (for DBaaS) and hybrid agile/waterfall (For on-premise) methodologies, prioritisation and roadmap mechanisms, as well as support policies and compliance schemes (SOC2, HIPAA and GDPR).
