As one example, on a recent Friday evening while I was commuting home, I had an "inspiration" for an additional email campaign creative. Wanting to test the idea immediately (the next day), but with the time already past 6PM, I might have been expected to have to wait until the following week. However, I found Tal was still at the office, and he dropped whatever his plans were to work with me -- by telephone -- on an entirely new segmentation concept and campaign layout, which he completed in under ninety minutes (around 8PM -- on a Friday!). That campaign then deployed the next morning, contributing truthfully to some of our best ROI results to date. Long after executives and all other staff had left, Tal stayed at his workstation, and did what it took to help the business. More than that, he did what was in his control to drive shareholder value.
