In my role at MBM, I am responsible for leading the marketing and client engagement strategy nationally. I work closely with the CEO and Directors to develop key accounts, drive new business opportunities, and implement strategic, national marketing and communication initiatives to support business growth.I also leverage my experience and network to support the advancement of women in the construction industry, as the NSW Vice President for the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC). In this volunteer role, I oversee the operations and governance of the NAWIC NSW Chapter, coordinate events and programs, and engage with industry partners and sponsors.
