As a corporate solicitor at Nash & Co Solicitors LLP, I provide legal advice and support to a range of clients, from start-ups to established businesses, on corporate and commercial matters, such as mergers and acquisitions, company restructures, shareholders agreements, governance and compliance. I previously worked as a trainee solicitor at Murrell Associates LLP, where I gained valuable exposure to different aspects of corporate law and developed my drafting, negotiation, and research skills. I also have a military background having served in the Royal Air Force for five years, where I learned the importance of teamwork, communication, and discipline. I hold a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Exeter and completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law. I am passionate about helping clients achieve their business goals and objectives.
