Current• Doing end to end recruitment, gathering required job description from hiring manager/Stakeholder . Spreading jobs to vendors and sharing with teammates. Sourcing resume and doing initial screening, rate negotiation with candidate, submitting to client, coordinating interview and taking feedback from clients, helping onboarding team in offer generation, ensuring candidate provides every single documentations required for onboarding and joining.• Strong experience on LinkedIn recruiter. Asking reference from placed candidates or suitable candidates to ensure finding good candidate in turnaround time.• Working closely with hiring managers to understand position.• Working with major retail and e-commerce clients like Nike, William Sonoma, Kohl's, Alo Yoga, Sephora, macy's, Kinship, Starbucks..• Working with vendors to fulfill open roles with our clients as well as internal project.• Spreading requirements to vendors, making them understand about client needs.• Taking vendor calls to update them on open roles.• Ensuring quality by connecting every candidate and taking initial screening call.• Giving candidates proper information about project and exact expectation in this role. • Making sure candidate has every information required role along with interview procedure and shift timings.
