Here I advised, brokered, and closed a Management / Merger deal for one of the most exclusive hotels in Jakarta. I managed the negotiation between a large Spain-based conglomerate and a family-owned construction business that owns the hotel. I handled everything from beginning to end including dealing with the accountants, the lawyers, and the CEO of the respective team.
