We’re Hiring:Role: – Sr. Sales Manager• Responsible for leading regional sales among our key clients and global advertisers• Responsible for building strong advertising and marketing agency relationships at a regional level• This role will start as an individual contributor, but may evolve into a team management role based on performance.• Location: Immediately hiring in Mumbai Required Experience: • Strictly between 6 to 9 years of experience in Sales to large enterprise clients• Marketing & Advertising industry experience required; FMCG, FMCG or Media experience preferred• Preference for candidates who have sold digital ad solutions or services, not just traditional media ad sales• Preference for candidates with experience in, or aptitude for, technology solutions• Solid experience and track record of independently closing high value sales deals • Solid experience in the strategic development of key accounts and agency relationships – including lead generation, key customer relationship building, account planning• Experience of sales interactions with executive level management at client organizations• Preferably well networked in the industry especially among companies in key sectors especially: o FMCG or Consumer Packaged Goodso Media & Entertainmento Consumer Durables• Strong understanding of the power of mobile technology for marketing and business processes; Past work with mobile or web technology is a bonusSkills and Personality Traits:• Aptitude to learn tech products and services is essential• Desire & drive to help take a break-out start-up to the next level• Ability to build quick rapport with multiple contacts within client organization• Crucial Sales skills like telephone and email etiquettes, ability to overcome objections, unearth true client requirement, negotiation, follow upsIf this excites you, Please drop us a note at hr@zipdial.com
