In 2003, Talent Gurus’ founding company Talent Logic, Inc. (formerly Sai People Solutions, Inc.) moved the majority of its recruiting, administrative and technical support operations to Hyderabad, India. Through the use of offshore resources, Talent Logic was able to improve upon its profit margins, stay competitive with other staffing organizations, and most importantly, recover from the effects of the IT industry collapse of early 2000s.Recognizing the resourcefulness of the off-shore resources, Talent Logic launched Talent Gurus as a way to provide these resources to other US firms looking for ways to reduce costs while staying ahead of the competition. Dedicated offshore IT resources helped to develop, test, and implement our web-based, recruiting management tool called SaiNex, which has been in use by hundreds of users worldwide since March 2005. Offshore teams also developed our Vendor Management system, People View. Furthermore, Talent Gurus’ teams have helped with market research activities, helping parent company launch marketing campaigns and learn more about current market trends.
