Handling the Top and Middle management Level recruitments. • Adhere to the recruitment plans. • Industry Mapping & Competency Mapping. • Understanding client’s need then Identifying and sourcing the best talent as per the need of our client and handling all the activities in the process of talent acquisition. • Understanding the client's manpower requirement. • Identifying the candidates as per the requirement. • Screening Resumes for Automobile, Pharmacy, Retail, FMCG, Consumer Durables(FMCD), & Power Sector. • Screening and short listing suitable profiles against the requirement • Understanding the requirements and processing it within a stipulated time frame • Conducting preliminary interviews (telephonic) to check technical skills, soft skills, and suitability. • Scheduling and coordinating interviews with technical panel. • Co-ordinate between clients & candidates. • Taking feedback from client. • Follow up with panel, HR for feedback and rolling out of offer letters. • Negotiate on salary, designation and date of joining with candidates, if required. • Follow up with the offered candidates till they join the organization. • Managing the complete recruitment life Cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources, conduct of selection interviews.
