Often required to review 100+ page blueprints, while daily interfacing with Engineers from all disciplines – including Electrical, Stress, and Structural Engineering.

QA department representative for all ‘Lean Manufacturing’ & ‘Just in Time’ efforts in a fast-paced, BlueStreak/AOG (Air On Ground) shop consisting of a fully equipped Machine Shop and technically advanced Manufacturing facility.

Severe injury due to an accident in the fall of 1993, resulting in the eventual amputation of my right leg above the knee.

Inspected all structural, electrical, and related functional components on 737/757 aircraft utilizing engineering drawings, and documenting all unacceptable findings on detailed trouble-reports.

Functionally tested and troubleshot vendor hydraulic/pneumatic pumps, motors, valves, manifolds, and reservoirs to ensure strict conformance to engineering specifications and Boeing standards.

Built new / overhauled used Parker & Commercial Shearing hydraulic pumps, motors, and valves for Mobile, and Industrial applications.

Honorably Discharged.Troubleshot, removed & replaced defective hydraulic and pneumatic components and assemblies on F-15 Jet Aircraft.
