He held the positions of technical assistant, product application specialist, team leader, sales coordinator and currently holds the position of technical sales supervisor for equipment manufacturers (OEM). During mandatory military service in the Brazilian Army, he developed important teamwork skills, leadership, discipline, hierarchy and overcoming limits and was promoted from soldier to corporal, with a diploma of honor to merit. This experience was fundamental for his personal development, until then as a soldier, as a citizen and as a professional in the industrial area. He has international experiences, including an exchange program in the USA and has given a series of presentations of successful cases in meetings with units in the Americas and the rest of the world. In these events, he was awarded the “One Hundred Percent Club” awards in 2020, 2021 and 2022, President’s Club Award in 2020 and Americas Sales Excellence Award in 2021 and 2022, by Ashcroft USA.
