As an Account Services Coordinator, I am apart of a Project Management Team! We use spreadsheets and other standard office applications to record and process sales/operational/financial documentation related to vendors, clients, service providers, and internal customer accounts. We receive signed proposals from sales representatives, and work to process all necessary orders and coordinate with services (both internal and service partners) for installation, while maintaining effective client and sales contact and communication throughout the project. We ensure each project is managed through to completion and all hand-offs are effectively and efficiently managed. We collaborate with warehouse and finance to maintain inventory levels. We consistently follow-up with clients to ensure complete and total satisfaction with the solutions process. We also consult with the finance team to ensure customer billing is accurate and assist with the monitoring of project Profit & Loss. We help establish methods and processes to ensure customer satisfaction and business efficiency.
