In addition to my KPO role, I was responsible for day-to-day management of the warehouse. Specific duties included:• Reconciling stock on daily basis• Managing administration issues• Ensuring overall operation of the warehouse is timely and efficient• Ensuring sales representatives leave on-time and with in-full product• Producing high level reports for management such as fuel usage and tracking, fleet health, demand analysis, returns analysis etc.• Conducting trainings for new staff• Ensuring compliance to company policies and procedure (SOPs) at the warehouse

Collect and disburse sales representative demand to factories and issue demand to sales representatives for daily sales. Bread & Beyond has mainly a 5-day shelf-life product requiring extremely vigilant and fast reaction. Given the nature of the product and the market, classical make-to-stock or make-to-order methodology does not fit in Bread & Beyond’s planning. Specific duties included:• Collecting Demand from all sales representatives• Disbursing demand to factories as per the agreed timelines• Conducting transactions in SAP S4HANA (and previously in SARP) such as Goods Receipt (GR), Purchase Requisition (PR), Purchase Order (PO), Sales Orders (SO), Delivery Orders (DO), and Invoice Parking (IR)• Issuing product to sales representatives as per their demand through the system• Communicating with Sales, Production and Logistics to ensure timely fulfilment of Demand within the OTIF (On-Time & In-Full) targets• Managing inventory at the warehouse• Documenting, Updating and Improving planning processes• Creating reports from SAP S4HANA as requested by management such as Sales Reports, GR reports, Purchasing Reports etc.

• I started my career in sales at the grass-root level as a sales representative to understand the needs of the sales staff who are my eventual customers. This also gave me the opportunity to learn sales skills, such as negotiation with the trade, managing stock at the shops and building relations. Specific duties included:• Developing journey plans• Estimating demand for my journey• Negotiating with shop keepers• Minimizing returns and expiry• Increasing product mix at shops• Supporting new product launches in trade
