Key Skills and Experience• Financial Record Maintenance: o Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records. o Recording transactions, verifying and reconciling accounts, and preparing bank reconciliations.• IFRS Compliance: o Staying current with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). o Aligning financial practices with IFRS. o Providing guidance and recommendations to ensure IFRS compliance.• Financial Statement Preparation and Analysis: o Preparing and analyzing income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements in accordance with IFRS. o Ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness in financial reports.• Month-End and Year-End Closing Activities: o Coordinating month-end and year-end closing activities. o Preparing adjusting entries, accruals, and other necessary journal entries. o Contributing to financial statement preparation for reporting purposes.• Payroll and Tax Management: o Running payroll for clients in the USA and Canada. o Filing monthly and quarterly sales tax in the USA.• Software Proficiency: o Accounting and Payroll Software: Xero, QuickBooks Live, Zoho, ADP, Gusto, Wagepoint, Ploto. o Spreadsheet Software: Microsoft Excel.

TasksMaintenance of:- -Daily sales ledgers - petty cash - cash receiptsFinancial analysis including:- -commission calculations -bank reconciliations -daily, weekly, monthly reports (have experience of Quickbooks) -Procurement of office supplies, furniture and etc. -Supervision of staff (sales, packaging staff, courier rider pick up)
