Through weekly meetings, I ensure open communication, tracking progress, and identifying areas for improvement. I closely monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for all clients, enabling informed decision-making and ensuring alignment with their long-term business objectives.Additionally, I lead our Virtual Concierge team, which handles lead engagement and books trial classes on behalf of our clients.
