• Recruited 120+ authors including multiple C-level executives, FAANG Engineers and University Professors by identifying potential acquisition targets and converting the leads through extensive communication & negotiation to create 200+ courses at Educative• Implemented a referral program for authors, which resulted in a 10% increase in the number of new author acquisitions.• Collected data-backed feedback and revamped the Author landing page on Educative website to improve the author experienceand streamline the application process, leading to an increase in the inbound leads by 18%.• Created an Author Profile framework by collecting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data on 200+ authors, identifiedcommon attributes of successful authors to improve outbound strategy, resulting in 2x qualified leads.• Trained and mentored a team of 9 recruits on product knowledge, lead generation and outbound prospecting
