My role focuses on expanding Gamehaap's global reach, facilitating strategic partnerships, andsupporting the platform's mission to revolutionize game IP acquisitions through targetedpartnerships and networking.

As a high-level manager at BEBKA for over a decade, I led initiatives to accelerate thedigital transformation of SMEs and foster innovation and entrepreneurship across theregion. I worked closely with NGOs, public institutions, and the private sector, buildingpartnerships to drive impactful projects. My role involved providing technical support tostrengthen project planning and monitoring, ensuring the successful implementation ofvarious programs.I played a key role in several programs, including the Sustainable Industry Grant, whichboosted R&D and productivity for SMEs, and Tourism Development, which expanded theregion’s tourism potential. I also supported eco-friendly manufacturing practices,agricultural development, and emerging sectors like Aviation and Defence. Additionally, Iassessed the feasibility of key projects, such as the Occupational Education Centre andBiogas Plant, to ensure their alignment with regional goals.In recent years, I have focused on promoting entrepreneurship, establishing centers toenhance entrepreneurial capacity, and organizing training programs for youngentrepreneurs. Through my work, I have helped shape sustainable developmentstrategies and drive innovation across multiple sectors.

I co-led the FoundersBoost Netherlands program, a 6-week pre-tech accelerator designed to support early-stage startups in preparing for seed investment or entry into top accelerators. Collaborating with a network of experienced mentors, I guided founders through key stages of business development, including refining their product-market fit, building investor readiness, and strengthening their go-to-market strategies. Through tailored feedback sessions, workshops, and hands-on support, I helped startups navigate common challenges and position themselves for successful growth in the tech ecosystem.

At BAKKA & Regional Development Agency, I served as a Specialist in the Monitoring andEvaluating Unit. My responsibilities included collaborating with NGOs, public, and privatesectors, and providing technical support to enhance project planning and monitoring. I also played a key role in documenting lessons learned from evaluations and integratingbest practices into project reports, ensuring informed decision-making for stakeholders.During my time at BAKKA, I contributed to key programs such as the SMEs GrantProgramme, aimed at increasing production capacity and adopting moderntechnologies, and the Social Development Grant Programme, which focused onimproving education, healthcare, and social infrastructure for disadvantaged groups.
