Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring.Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure new hires are well-integrated into the company culture and processes.Review job descriptions for all positions regularly and update them in consultation with respective managers.Prepare and update HR policies and procedures to reflect best practices and legal requirements.Conducting Performance Management on Monthly, Quarterly and Bi-Annual basis.Develop and review working on monthly bonuses, bi-annual and annual increments.Develop and implement new HR software to ensure smooth HR operations.Facilitate conflict resolution and promote a positive work environment through effective communication and problem-solving.Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement & execution of due formalities with timely closing of payroll profile.Updating HRMS profiles with monthly changes in designation or job status etc.Accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll changes including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates etc. to meet the deadlines efficiently. Hosting in-person meetings related to performance management.

Responsibilities:• Managing 360 Recruitment Independently• Majorly hiring for Technical Positions including ReactJS, React Native, Python/Django, JavaScript Developer, UI Developer and IOS, Android, React Native and SQA Engineer AI Engineers.• Hiring for Non-Technical Positions Including UI/UX Designer, Graphic Designer, Animators HR ,Accounts,Finance, Digital Marketing, SEO's • Organizing and attending Job Fairs and Recruitment Drives.• Managing all the steps of Recruitment that includes Headhunting, Screening, Shortlisting, Calling, Interviews Scheduling, Negotiating, Reference Check and Offer Sharing.• Utilizing Applicant Tracking System and updating it with every step happening.• Designing Job Descriptions, Job Posts, Conducting Tests and Coordinating with multiple Interviewers.• Promote company’s reputation as a great place to work
