Responsible for maintaining and improving 3G DT KPIs, redesign and planning for New Roll-Out Sites.Performs optimization on missing neighbors, Soft Handover using drive test data’s. Optimize to improve Ec/Io (Reduce Pilot Pollution) by improving RSCP of dominant cells. Reducing interference through optimizing antenna Tilts (Mechanical & Electrical), antenna PCPICH power and re-direction. Detailed analysis of the parameters such as RSCP, Ec/Io, Rx Power, Tx Power, P-SC, RLC Throughput and post processing of Drops both CS & PS, HS drops, Low DL/UL Throughput, congestion, poor coverage, pilot pollution and interference etc. and trouble shooting by fine tuning and hard optimization. Hard optimization: adjustment of azimuths tilts for dominance. Worked as NOC Engineer in General Systems• worked in the project of Ufone PTML. • Responsibilities at work: Monitoring of Power Alarms is successfully managed where Power Alarms are to be accelerated to team Ufone PTML and team of General Systems. IMS 2000 is utilized for monitoring Power alarms. CM, PM and fueling of DG has to be observed and supervised. On receiving trouble ticket teams are to be moved. CM and PM teams are directed on given instructions.Team leader of NOC, GS. Worked in the project of RF (Post- Pre) Drive Testing of CMPAK Zong. • Perform Drive tests to check different RF parameters regarding Coverage, Quality and Interference that includes Rx level, Rx quality, SQI, C/I, C/A.• Perform Frequency scanning and Neighbor optimization.

Worked as RF Engineer in TurnoTech, RF Department worked in the project of Mobilink Model Tuning. Drive Testing for urban and remote areas were conducted in order to tune the Radio environment according to the Operator’s requirement.  Drive Testing at Cluster level and City level successfully conducted for the tuning of Carrier Wave of Sites. carried out the Scanning Project of BTS Sites at City level, as per the Operator’s requirements. carried out the Walk Test for Ufone (PTML). Worked in IBS in Turnotech. Conducted Pre walk test and post walk test.
