Support Manager Budget & Control with inventory reconciliation of DCE in comparison with fixed asset register and perform the process of assets management which include tagging, disposal activities, issuing equipment, carrying out physical inventory checks in three DCE locations within Karachi and sharing quarterly asset reports with the Head DCE,Assist Manager in preparation of DCE Annual OPEX and CAPEX budget,Prepare monthly accruals of DCE and monitoring of MPRs and work on rectification of postings therein through coordination with General Administration Department (G.A.D.), Finance, Real Estate Management (R.E.M.),Manage office supply inventory and maintain optimal levels,Assist human resource department, I.T. and audit by liaising directly with employees and facilitate onboarding and exit in/from DCE,Provide assistance to Senior Manager Governance & Control to facilitate in audit findings and observations and work on resolution therein, Vendor management in relation to entertainment expenses,Coordinate with procurement department regarding issuance, delivery and disposal of assets,Maintain proper records of all operational documents so they are readily available for internal and external audit visits to DCE,Management & control premises security monitoring CCTV, Door Access control system & Alarm system,Monitoring of Staff attendance through biometric system and record keeping including PL, CL and SL with Medical certification,Coordinate with IT for ongoing IT projects along with system improvement initiatives.
