Esam Group consists of 4 companies in FMCG Production, Vet Med Trading, Construction & Transportation businesses Responsibilities include:• Managing financial reporting function of the group in accordance with local statute and IFRS to deliver timely and accurate financial information for effective business decision making. • Managing the budgeting function including forecasts, variance analyses.• Managing treasury function of the group including liaison with banks and other financial institutions.• Overseeing internal financial controls. • Producing meaningful commentary and analysis of financial data.• Preparation and reporting of income and expense forecasts to senior management.• Reviewing new & existing business models.• Worked as part of a multi site/multi culture organization.• Identify and develop controls and processes to ensure all risks and opportunities are highlighted.

Lahore

• Evaluation of internal control system and suggested appropriate improvements for the system. • Compilation of accounting manual and internal audit manuals. • Identification of design gaps, opportunities for process improvements and finally development of standard operating policy for entities. • Review of Fixed Assets, ascertaining integrity of records, generation of coding system, pasting of codes on assets and compilation of fixed assets register. • Establishing good professional relationship with the client’s management and assisting them to resolve technical issues relating to specific accounting treatments. • Train the staff for any new accounting or internal control procedures implemented.

Fasilabad

• Leading a team of developers, coordinate with project manager & others.• Gathering requirements and interacting with users and business analysts• Coordinate onsite and offshore teams to analyze and document business requirements as to gain a thorough understanding of the business processes.• Prepare fit-gap analysis of functional specifications for requested enhancements based upon detailed understanding of ADempiere– process best practices, and client requirements.• Contemplate multiple solutions, evaluate each solution with team, and make recommendations.• Prepare design specifications including enhancements, configuration & reporting.• Coordinate and participate in system testing for enhancements and projects.• Design and unit test extensions to the Applications, primarily in developing additional reports.• Develop project estimates with project manager and manage project work plans.• Hire and train new resources, managing their alignment with the team.• Work closely with the IT support team to provide production.

Islamabad

• Accounts receivable related: Periodic checking of accuracy of accounts to its relevant head through supporting document. Preparing age analysis report. Re-determining customers credit limit when requested.• Accounts Payable related: Supervising the payables clerk on payments schedule to prepare payment. checking the payment documents and for appropriate General ledger classification and supporting documents for payments  Reporting to the manager on bank position and Assisting in the preparation of the cash flow statement.• Accounts Finalization: Preparing and adjusting the accounts on monthly basis Preparation of monthly pdc issued and received  Preparing monthly Profit and loss account  On year end assisting the manager in preparing the financial statements of the company• Inventory controlling: Stock taking on monthly basis • Financial management: Assisting in making forecasted cash for the projects Assisting in the investment appraisal actives regarding new project proposals Assisting in activities regarding finance generation process of the company Assist in the working capital management processes  Assist in the financial risk management activates like coordinating with insurance companies etc
