Despite of my major logistics, to gain experience and knowledge over the different sectors, I worked as a subconctractor in Rmc Metal-Steel Construction at the Ford Otosan Factory. During the working ours and the breaks at work, I was able to observe what my colleague do and how the processes work as they are in logistic management principles. Except of observations that I did theoretically, we made the set ups of the conveyors by making calculations with the mm’s and with the physical carrying on the heavy products and equipments was a necessary. In Sial Consulting, I have learned the essantials of the processes of the job which requires as being the phsically at the work field as before and after paperworks like preparing the report after the job is done. Thus, I have been in the work field where the asbestos (dangerous chemical gas which can spread out throughout air from the most of wooden materials etc. door) became a problem mostly at the oldconstructions. I was semi-chef or observer that watch and lead over the maintenance team during their work shifts. To get over the problem, the team work funcionlly by getting some help from the chemist and cleaning the wooden materials by using unique techniques, equipments and with the great effords the wooden materials could be much less dangerous than they were.Checking up the participance of the employees at the work Daily controlling the employees’ equipments if they are safe and sound to work Weekly recording the employees’ work shifs on the excel program Daily feeding the chemist with the information of the status of the work Daily controlling employees at their work shield under the occupational safety and security rules Helping the owner of the company to prepare the reports of the finished work

During the last year of the university, I had my traineeship in Pepsico Fritolay Fabric at the Logistic Office. I earned expriences over the processes which are done everyday such as Delivery & Receipt, being in a good communication, keeping in touch with other departments to provide efficient processes. In addition, HSE focused, safety rules both in the Warehouse and in the Office, Excel transactions, keeping the records and archiving. During my university years, I worked in Decathlon as Part-Time, Sales Assistant. The certificates that I had and my sport hobbies helped me to get the job. I maintained the consistency over the selling the products and having a good services for the customers. Gave some ideas my managers to improve efficiency of work progress. When it was needed, I helped my ex-colleagues to discharge the produts by using a transpallet from the trailer. Moreover I have learnt the processing, archiving and checking the delivered and outgoing documents of the specific parts and other products.
