I was responsible for the project management, new product commissioning processes and the continuity of Quality certificates in the company which produces parts/components/subsystems for Defence, Automotive and Machinery manufacturing sectors.o I successfully commissioned Defence and Automotive Projects (parts, components and subsystems).o I followed up the PPAP approvals and followed the risky points in processes (internal or supplier) and took immediate actions.o We successfully passed the QMS certification audits. AS9100, IATF 16949, 3834-2, 14001 and 18001o I took part in new factory licensing processes. (Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) report, fire fighting, periodic machinery, electricity and environmental reports etc.)o Working with OHS and Environment experts and process owners, we followed up the improvement reports.o I coordinated the Digital Transformation Project (e-flow BPM) in all processes.o I made a presentation to the main industrial companies and registered our company in their supply chain.o I performed process audits of supply chain and special processes. (casting, surface treatment, welded fabrication, heat treatment)

I was responsible for the continuity of QMS certificates and PPAP files in the company that produces aluminium extruded and processed profiles for the Architectural, Automotive and Industrial manufacturer companies.o I ensured the validation and continuity of the ISO 16949 certificate which’s suspended by DQS.o I revised and updated our QMS system to version 2016, so we successfully passed IATF 16949: 2016 QMS Transition Audit. o Our supplier status upgraded "Category C" to "Category B" at MAN company.o I implemented the ISO 27001 Information Security Management System and we successfully passed the certification audit.

As a company representative, I was responsible for finding new corporate clients, commissioning projects and played an active role in TS 16949 system implementation.o I present our company to corporate OEM companies and realized the registration steps in their supply chain.o We successfully passed Daimler, MAN process / system / product audits.o I increased my corporate sales up to 240% by developing a tracking system for cost analysis/offer/contractso I managed all processes with ERP, opening the product card, order, delivery to after-sales services.o With regular customer visits, I created a strong customer cooperation environment, we reduced quality, shipping and communication problems.o My team successfully commissioned customer project parts on time.o I found new customers by organizing the fairs and participating in bilateral meetings. I was responsible for the follow-up of Marmara Region Exterior Cladding Projects and Sales and Marketing of Architectural Façade Systems.o I presented our cladding systems to architectural offices and construction companies.o By following the Projects under construction, I followed the quotation and the receipt of the work through our implementing dealer companies.o I provided cost analysis, static analysis and system detail solution support to application companies.o I followed the orders, production program and shipping schedules, carried out the necessary actions.

I was in charge of the construction site for the 24.000 m2 exterior curtain wall of the Ankara Council of State Presidency Office Buildings Project of the company that makes architectural design and exterior application.o By following the facade applications, I solved the point details, prepared purchasing lists, made the quality control of the materials coming to the construction site,o I reported all actions to the head office and management in Istanbul.o I followed the periodic control of construction site machines (motorized basket, scaffold, etc.) and OHS issues,o I followed the water tightness tests of all the facades to be delivered and got approval.

I managed the projects and construction sites in the family company that we established for exterior facade design and application. o Managed 3D Architectural design, Cost / Bidding and Negotiation processes.o I took out the manufacturing and assembly details of the project.o I started the facade application at the construction site, followed it up, resolved the point details
