Key responsibilities and achievements include:• Successfully navigating the complexities of the APAC-MEA markets, ensuring client satisfaction and sustained revenue growth.• Managing and servicing a diverse portfolio of Enterprise accounts, achieving a remarkable annual turnover.• Responsible for Threat Intelligence Feeds, Digital Risk Protection, Takedown of Malicious Content, Social Media Security, External Attack Surface Management, Dark Web Monitoring, Executive (VIP) Protection and Incident Breach Response services. • Leading the strategic renewal process, consistently exceeding renewal targets. Proactively identifying up-selling opportunities, contributing to increased revenue streams.• Conducting regular cadence calls with clients, fostering strong relationships, and addressing concerns. Hosting impactful business review meetings with top management to align solutions with client objectives and ensure an early renewal. • Engaging in continuous professional development, participating in regular training sessions on product updates and sales techniques.
