• Technical Skills: Review the consultant’s work on the hydraulic design of the water supply / SWTP system and Trunk Sewer LARECHS Project design standards and give recommendations. Responsible for an overview of all unit activities about design. It includes but is not limited to Hydraulics engineering aspects of SWTP transmission mains, distribution system, and the design of allied components. Work closely with Project Management Consultants (PMC) and AIIB to ensure efficient project design for subsequent implementation as a team of 5 members.• Management Skills: Coordination with government departments on technical matters for effective and timely decision-making. Prepare the project plans, schedules, and presentations comment on the design, and scheduling, and suggest possible cost savings yet effective measures. Ensure implementation of the approved work program and coordinate to remove bottlenecks (if any). Verification of input of PMC and processing of their payments accordingly. Review and scrutiny of cost estimate.
