Synectics Solutions is the leading consumer credit reporting service in United Kingdom. During my employment at Synectics Solutions I worked on two of its main projects :National Fraud Initiative (NFI)On behalf of the Nation Audit Commission of United Kingdom Synectics Solutions performs data processing exercise to identify perpetrators committing benefit fraud at local county councils. This exercise is carried out by the government every second year through Synectics solutions. Working as a database processor I was to collect, cleanse, and merge data from various county councils. Syndicated Intelligence for Risk Avoidance (SIRA)SIRA is an intelligent tool for financial institutions to share and analyze information to prevent fraudulent applications. The product is very complex and vast in its architecture which fascinated my appetite for learning. Appointed as a team lead to establish US medical billing revenue management services for North American clients. The project started with 2 employees providing billing services. Upon seeing our performance client expanded operations to 25 employees covering billing, accounts receivable, and payments services. During this period I was promoted to Supervisor and then later to Manager Operations.
