•Identify WBS and critical activities via a detailed study of Scope Of Work Documents.•Devise project schedule on Primavera P6 software including activity duration and resource management.•Analyzing project performance by generating S-curves and identifying critical paths. •Close coordination with all teams (Site, Workshop, Inspection etc.) to ensure smooth flow of information and reduced miscommunication. •Generation and tracking of B.O.Q and B.O.M.•Floating Material Take off to Procurement and Store department, and keeping close follow up for updated material status. •Raising Technical queries as per site conditions and generating as-built drawings for Client approval. •Maintain project performance by regular scheduling and drafting of the weekly progress report. •Generating Project catch-up plans and distributing to concerned departments for swift actions.•Identifying areas of weakness and raising red flags to bring to Management's notice.•Attending Client Meetings for clarifying issues and gaining Client's confidence. •Ensure accuracy and provide support to all operational requirements.•Identifying work activities and quantum that require outsourcing.•Locating potential Sub-contractors and vendors, and selecting the best possible option through comparative statements.•Close coordination with Vendors and Sub-Contractors, to ensure a work balance.•Assuring to meet QHSE requirements and maintaining healthy working ethics at the job site.
