Manages cash flow and establish financial controls to safeguard funds. • Develops and implements applicable workplace standards, policies and procedures. • Ensures all league sponsorship requirements and provincial gaming licensing are met. • Develops, manages and supports team fund raising initiatives and events. • Develops, supports and participates the development and execution of the marketing program for ticket sales, sponsorship and advertising, including the Ultimate Tool Kit program, and managing applicable contracts. • Develops, supports and participates the sales of programs, radio, internet, rink boards and other revenue means identified within the business plan. • Develops, supports and participates in Game Day programs and activities • Provides administrative and other requested support for Hockey Operations • Works in close association with the Hockey Operations Staff and the Billet Coordinator to ensure the security and integrity of the billet program. • Coordinates and supervises all aspects of media relations and team communications. • Manages all aspects of the off-ice game day activities and team responsibilities. • Supervises all aspects of the volunteer program including training, screening and recognition• Attends team events, activities and team home games to enhance relationships with team supporters. • Develops a coordinated harmonious relationship among hockey and business operations.
