In this role I had to opportunity to research, pitch and develop a carbon-neutrality position for the company. I was able to collaborate closely with our partner in order to complete this certification. Some of my routine tasks in this position included creating monthly presentation of findings used in presentation to the board, conducting market research.

In this role I was responsible for managing customer and inventory data through the use of NetSuite. Additionally, I answered customer emails, considered business inquiries, managed and refunded orders, and collaborated with the media team to organize the company social media and webpage.

In this independent project I designed, made and sold masks for the purpose of donating proceeds to a non-profit organization. My roles included research and validation to determine areas of focus as well as general marketing tasks such as implementing a digital marketing strategy, running promotions and gathering customer reviews.
