Site Coordinator; Lead:Manage functions of the shelter, hire qualified staff & train for confidentiality, mental health issues, amongst other factors to ensure our clients receive a high level of care; run the shelter when on site.Housing Assistant:Social media Coordinator:Manage Facebook & Social Media accounts, ensure broad viewership, retain followers, spread information related to the local community and our work.Housing Assistant:Manage case load of 30 households at a given time; receive calls, talk to Lane County Health Services Department about policy, refer clients to other programs as necessary, maintain strict confidentiality.
