Provision of financial planning support services.General• Collaborate with the Client Relationship Team.• Ensure all actions are completed within the Compliance framework for Financial Services.• Ensure all regulatory requirements are met.• Keep up to date with current industry news and technical knowledge.• Establish and maintain client relationships.• Update and maintain electronic files.• Manage and prioritise all opportunities to enhance client relationships.• Establish and maintain relationships with the Financial Advisers.• Work with the Financial Advisers to develop strategic and tactical planning for the business.• Work with Financial Advisers to complete client implementation in a timely, accurate and professional manner.Implementation• Provide administrative support to financial advisers, including:o Work alongside Financial Planners to develop and implement client strategic advice.o Assist in monitoring client portfolios.o Implement portfolio changes.o Prepare advice documents.o Respond to client queries in a timely manner.o Work with paraplanners to document client advice.o Implement strategic and investment advice for clients as per their Statement of Advice, including investments and insurances.o Liaise with third parties (e.g. fund managers, insurance companies) to achieve desired outcomes for clients.o Manage establishment and ongoing administration of self-managed super funds and wrap platforms.o Manage insurance renewals, amendments and data/records. Provision of bookkeeping services including maintaining MYOB cashbook, data entry, general bookkeeping duties, sorting and filing of various documents, reconciliation of bank accounts, credit cards, wages, GST and tracking debtors and creditors, lodgement of BAS and IAS requirements, preparation of invoices, generating reports and providing necessary records to accountant for annual tax planning and ITR preparation.
