My responsibilities in relation to the company include administrative coordination and assisting in client services. I provide administrative support including data entry, filing, organising and technical consultationsI assist with client services including preparing and delivering promotional products to clients where necessary. I am well-accustomed to supplier showrooms where I source products that meet the clients requests as well as offer suggestions and recommendations to clients based on their specific needs, preferences, and budgets. I assist with marketing efforts, including social media, networking and email campaigns. My research and networking skills have aided in bringing insight into industry trends ensuring the company remains current and competitive, providing clients with innovative and fresh products.

Throughout vacation work with October Health, I helped the legal, psychology and administration teams working to build an app connecting mental health professional to potential clients and app users nationwide. I aided in the preparation of an international board resolution and meeting which required the collation of hundreds of legal documents including service agreements, articles of association, incorporation documents and shareholder information. I put together legal research documents including international terms and conditions for the company. As the company provides in-App sessions with mental health professional and coaches, I was responsible for proofreading articles before publication and overseeing sessions. I aided in the preparation of schedules for all the psychologists. While working with the administration department I learned how to operate Django, an administration software. I was further responsible for calling and capturing the data of over 600 mental health professionals so they may be listed on the app, as well as ensuring all fields of data are entered into correctly and accurately to guarantee the app was fully up to date.
