Improve the complex processes of 2nd Lien Mortgage Insurance Claim Filing, providing missing documentation for Mortgage Insurance Claims, and Mortgage Insurance Curtailment reviews. Formulate the Quality Assurance/Control Audit teams. Approval of all financial losses and reimbursements due to curtailed Mortgage Insurance claim payments. Create monthly capacity model for Executive review and forecast planning. Review borrower mortgage collateral documents for recorded Deed of Trust/Mortgage, Assignment of Deed of Trust/Mortgage, Note, and other owner verification documents. Process county lien releases to release the Deed of Trust/Mortgage lien for all borrowers who refinanced or paid the Note in full. Review attorney/title letters for escalated concerns regarding ownership. • Received Top Performer Award during first month in position for processing the highest number of lien releases within the department.
