As a Homeless Street Outreach Coordinator my primary function was to provide resources and connection to services for individuals and families experiencing homelessness in Montgomery County. My team provided care packs that included toiletries, food, and other necessities as well as items to make homelessness more doable. These items included tents, sleeping bags, clothing, and gas cards for individuals living in cars.
