I served on the management committee of EPTA UK and have served various roles including mentoring piano teachers, giving workshops for teachers, organizing and executing events, creating the weekly newsletter, running social media pages, and offering industry advice to members.

A mobile music school that provides music therapy, piano, guitar, and voice lessons to students living in the London area. I manage a team of teachers, all of whom either cycle or travel to their lessons on foot. I am responsible for recruiting teachers, handling scheduling and invoicing, carrying out marketing, maintaining a social media presence, and planning events for our students. Our school successfully switched to an online format during the COVID-19 pandemic and offers virtual lessons where requested.

Music Therapy Consultant for the Music Therapy Center of Panama, part of the Danilo Perez Foundation. Participates in various activities of the center, including giving workshops around Latin America, supervising students (remotely), and traveling to Panama City for special events such as the Latin American Music Therapy Symposium and week-long service trips for international students and professionals.

Program director for a new music therapy program at a music education foundation in Panama City, Panama. Developing and executing music therapy programs at various centers around the city including two children's homes, a children's hospital, a nursing home, cancer foundation, and for various individual clients. Responsible for assessing need areas, designing treatment plans, designing documentation forms, evaluating progress, writing clinical reports, supervising students and training volunteers. Sessions and documentation conducted in Spanish.

Research position at Orchestras for All, an organization that focuses on the use of music education to improve the wellbeing of young people. Responsible for qualitative and quantitative data analysis, running focus groups and final report writing. This position was an internship as part of my MA in Education at UCL.

Research Assistant in the Auditory Cognitive Neuroscience Lab at the University of Arizona under the supervision of Dr. Andrew Lotto. Duties included scheduling participants for and conducting experiments in both English and Spanish, completing various administrative tasks, and undertaking a new research project involving the analysis of statistics in current speech and hearing science literature.
