- Advise executives on employee relations, personnel training, and related decisions;- Full-cycle recruiting- Employee benefits administration, including bill reconciliation - Personnel action administration, training, and supervision- Develop, continuously strengthen, and manage employee wellness program

- Select and train volunteers- Manage personnel and client files- Coordinate projects, produce external communications- Ensure office efficiency, schedule appointments, manage Executive calendars

- Represent organization in recruiting efforts- Coordinate and complete research information for management analysis - Develop and prepare examination items and materials for promotional testing

- Communicate confidential financial concerns with clients- Input client payments, prepare monthly reports for management use - Lead financial literacy and education courses to current and potential clients- Establish partnerships with community leaders to provide services and resources to clients

- Screen resumes, process confidential documents- Provide assistance to employees regarding benefits and other requests- Coordinate New Hire Orientation and assist with Open Enrollment presentations- Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data

- Assist with production of marketing communications- Provide customer service to current and potential clients- Open office each morning and accept phone calls throughout the day- Distribute incoming mail and order inventory including office supplies and equipment- Schedule travel arrangements, coordinate staff meetings, and attend Board of Director meetings
