My current role is overseeing a division of 20 employees that are responsible for the day to day fundraising activities and community development programming in their respective territories across Western Canada and the Maritimes. I support with ideation, coach and support activities through their project life cycle, train and mentor employees. We strive to achieve operational excellence by applying best practices and promoting innovation.I am also responsible for relationship management of key external stakeholders that have vested interest in local community development and international sustainable projects along with emergency disaster aid.

• Promoted to Project Engineer; led maintenance projects at the Shell Scotford Refinery, planned and managed resource requirements, estimated and budgeted project costs, built custom reports, launched stakeholder progress meetings, established excellent safety compliance; exceeded customer satisfaction which led to extension of annual contract for site services at the Shell Refinery. • Managed EHT (Electric Heat Trace) projects through the MOC (Management of Change) process at the NWR Refinery; led and managed resources and budget on over 200 EHT projects; resulted in improving the reliability of EHT system functionality and providing the refinery with increased operational reliability.• Led the EHT Engineering and Procurement project for the JACOS Hangingstone facility from 2014 to 2016; guided the project to revenue growth from through effective change management, established improvement on engineering productivity and delivered materials to meet client’s accelerated schedule. • Managed several client projects with individual revenues of up to $3 million; developed and thrived business relationships with clientele that led to proficient collaboration through project challenges; and received commendation for project execution and relationship management. • Created optimized project reporting templates that were published in company’s wiki of Project Management procedures and practices; resulted in enhanced quality of project deliverables.

• Provided engineering support to field staff in resolution of EHT technical issues at the Shell Scotford Refinery to improve the reliability and function of EHT systems resulting in annual maintenance cost savings. • Led design engineer team on various client projects to produce high quality deliverables on schedule, and identified productivity and efficiency improvement opportunities for design efficiency improvements.
