Oversees all U.S. Treasury fiscal reporting for Marin’s use of $50.2m in State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF) and $9.4m in Emergency Rental Assistance 2 funds under the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). Serves as lead Administrator's Office Analyst for Health and Human Services Department $250m budget.

Serving on Department management team, directly supervised four administrative staff and managed Department's $7m operating and $10m capital budget. Managed public outreach and overhauled online services and website with goals of: 1) creating a more user-friendly site for customers to access information and permits online; and 2) focusing on public engagement. Developed and ran San Rafael’s COVID outdoor dining program. Served as City liaison to Congressman Huffman and US Army Corps of Engineers in lobbying efforts which resulted in successfully securing $8m in federal funds for San Rafael Channel dredging.Spearheaded initiative to address citywide sidewalk repairs by orchestrating adoption of the City’s first repair and liability ordinance and developing the Sidewalk Repair Program -- resulting in $200k/year in savings from trip and fall claims and more than 500 private property owners signing up to have their sidewalks repaired.

Provided technical management, budget, and operational support to eight County departments. Completed in-depth cost-saving analysis that resulted in the reduction of Library expenditures by $500k/year and increased the General Fund contribution of the County Fair by $200k/year. Trusted to provide guidance to County Administrator on complex policy issues such as capping an increase in the Living Wage Ordinance to save the County $17m over 15 years. Built new 350-page Budget Document using Adobe InDesign -- template is still used as the annual County’s budget publication.
