The key responsibilities include driving process Transformation roadmap, defining and implementing strategic initiatives to ensure continued success in the deployment of the Business Excellence practices. End to end project management, creating case studies and UAT testing and deliver to Users. Prepare BRDs and Sprints on requirements from internal stakeholders and delivery on basics of TAT. Front end and Backend values integration through API and do System Integration Testing before delivery of Project.End-2-End process implementation from CRM to Sales force.
