* Investigate fraudulent activities in customer accounts, such as unauthorized access or transactions, account take over or theft. * Help ascertain the extent of loss, identify vulnerabilities & minimize the damage* Use digital surveillance & Data analysis tools to supervise high volumes of transactions and focus on the ones flagged by the system.* Collaborating with different stakeholders during the course of investigation.

* Working collaboratively with other New Accounts officers within organization* Utilize Analytical skills to analyze key data points to verify Credit reports and credibility of a customer.* Support all new initiatives in the New Accounts Area* Assist Audits, internal and compliance functions at times of audits to ensure all control issues
