I completed my internship whilst working at Horrocks Engineers. Here I worked daily with advanced Adobe products such as, InDesign and Photoshop. I believe that my time here I was able to bring creative ideas to this workforce.

I played key role as a CNA of the comprehensive healthcare team in a nursing home. Helping in the rehabilitation unit and pushing geriatrics to do their best and return home. I cared for them meeting the daily needs a person requires such as hygiene, grooming, bathroom needs, showers and eating. I helped gather vitals each day and made sure everyone was taken care of.

I cared for 10-20 amazing geriatric patients at a time, making sure to promptly and efficiently meet their every need. I groomed, bathed, fed patients. I calculated and helped maintain vitals on a daily basis. I assisted nurses at their every tasks.

At balance fitness I answer phone calls, tend to customer needs, sign prospects up for memberships, cancel memberships, help people work our machines, work the tanning bed, and clean the equipment.

I welcomed and greeted clients warmly, ensuring that they feel comfortable and happy for the duration of their visit, maintained a good relationship with clients by interacting warmly with them and giving them tips on the best products at the spa to meet their beauty as well as health needs. I kept records of business transactions by registering new clients; receive payments from clients for services ordered, and issue invoices. I gained a vast knowledge of products and services offered by my company, and was able to provide correct answers to questions from clients. Lastly, I made sure to schedule clients to the therapists and/or estheticians that met their health needs.

My responsibilities include, working the cash register, making customers feel welcomed, informing customers of new sales and deals going on, and helping assist our customers in finding correct size of merchandise.
