    The el-nät grid is a complex, interesting, hygiene-factor in todays society yet not many people know how it all comes together. My roll is to answer the more complicated grid questions our customers might have, help them understand the costs, the laws and regulations in the background, processes, their rights and obligations as el-users. Furthermore I investigate the more complex errands, damage-requests, calculate compensations for power-outages, report to authorities, continuously follow up on different products and internal processes. Internal cooperation between different departments is of highest importance as only together we can make everything flow internally - to the customers benefit.

I am very lucky to be able to work with a (dream) team of enthusiastic experts who, each in their own way, contribute to a even so slightly more sustainable tomorrow. My day as a customer service representative encompasses answering customer calls, give advice on different contracts, energy usage, invoices, payments and all that comes with it. I also cooperate tightly with a debt company to try and find solutions for customers with payment difficulties. Sometimes we unfortunately have to resort to other measures for which I make sure they are correctly executed. The latter is also part of my administrative roll. Other responsibilities I have as an administrator are: resolving errands and questions that are a bit more complicated and need to be examined by different specialists / departments; investigating energy theft and reporting to police; uppdating internal documents and making routines as effective as possible; collaborating in different projects and carry out different worktasks at the same time. The biggest challenge is prioritizing, but teamwork, good communication and continuous dialog with nearest manager / boss is the recipe to success according to our experience. Needless to say I use many different communication ways and a lot of different programs / apps / portals (I believe I once counted 20 + ) in a day. And I love it! Every day is the same but so different at the same time which gives me the possibility to learn something new each and every single day.

    Mitt mål varje dag är att ge utmärkt kundservice, att fördjupa min kunskap om olika energialternativ, lagar och förordningar kopplade till det och leverera effektiv, välstrukturerad administration. Jag är mycket lyckligt lottad för att kunna arbeta sida vid sida med ett (dröm)team av entusiastiska experter som var och en på sitt eget sätt bidrar till en bättre morgondag. Min dag som Rådgivare / kundservice agent omfattar att ta emot kundsamtal, ge råd om olika avtal, energianvändning, fakturor, betalningar och allt som följer med det. Ibland måste vi tyvärr aktivera andra åtgärder / protokoll för vilka jag ser till att de genomförs korrekt. Det senare är också en del av min administrativa roll. Andra ansvarsområden jag har som administratör är: att lösa ärenden och frågor som är lite mer komplicerade och behöver utredas av olika specialister / avdelningar; utreda olovlig kraftavledning och hantera polisanmälningar; uppdatera interna dokument och effektivisera rutiner; samarbeta i olika projekt och utföra många olika arbetsuppgifter samtidigt. Den största utmaningen är definitivt att prioritera, men team-arbete, löpande intern & extern kommunikation och kontinuerlig dialog med närmaste chef är receptet för framgång enligt vår erfarenhet. Varierande arbetsuppgifter och ansvarsområdena resulterar också i en mängd olika kommunikationssätt och program / appar / portaler jag använder under en vanlig arbetsdag (mellan 10-20 st). Och jag älskar det! Varje dag är lik den andra men så annorlunda på samma gång vilket ger mig möjlighet att lära mig något nytt varje dag och växa som person.

No "middle men" making money on the trade as the concept is built on fairness, respect and awarness. Of course, as a business we still depend on sales, but it is not hard to sell well if you know that the process builds a more sustainable future.Secondly, a truly warm and dedicated team helped me without any hesitation to conquer the level of swedish language necessary for a successful day full of satisfied customers.
